How much space does TurboPop require?
TurboPop is designed to fit in the typical concession footprint of 900 mm x 500 mm, requiring only the front of the machine to be accessible.
What power supply does it need?
An ordinary mains socket.
Does TurboPop require any special ventilation or infrastructure?
There are no special ventilation requirements thanks to TurboPop's oil-free process.
Can the machine be moved around the venue?
Yes. The machine comes with wheels that make it easily portable around the venue. Just unplug and roll away.
Operation & staffing
Does TurboPop need a dedicated operator?
TurboPop makes popcorn automatically. Restock it at the start of the day, scoop out the portions when needed, and wash the dispenser in a sink or dishwasher at the end of the day.
How often does the machine need refilling?
TurboPop can make up to 40 kg of popcorn before restocking.
What happens during busy periods?
TurboPop takes the pressure off your staff to let them focus on the customers.
Snacks & flavours
How many flavours can TurboPop offer at once?
TurboPop can simultaneously offer up to three different flavours.
Can flavours be changed for events or seasonal campaigns?
TurboPop's flavour packs can be exchanged anytime to tailor your concession offering to your customers' needs.
Can TurboPop make snacks other than popcorn?
TurboPop can go beyond popcorn and make roasted chickpeas, fryums, puffed rice, roasted seeds and other grains.
Can venues choose their own flavour range?
You can tailor your experience with our proprietary flavour packs, which can be switched in and out anytime. Additionally, TurboPop can collaborate with you to deliver special flavours and colours.
Cleaning & support
How is TurboPop cleaned?
TurboPop is designed to simplify cleaning. Use a dishwasher for a daily clean, and use our cleaning packets every fortnight.
What maintenance does the machine require?
Our smart TurboPop machine monitors its own performance and calls in a trained operator for service.
